Jo Lance is a Creative Art Director & Photographer who loves pushing boundaries and creating new ideas and concepts.
With many years of experience shooting everyone from celebrities to supermodels, Jo's award-winning photographic work has been featured in magazines and on television in both the U.S. and Mexico.
Jo's work has been seen on the cover of Cosmopolitan, and magazine editorials like 17 Magazine, Latin Vogue and ad campaigns such as Timberland, Fendi, Burberry of London, The Latin Grammy's, and has also worked with some of the top record companies BMG, Sony, and Warner Music from creating personal images to shooting album covers and promotional materials.
His creative vision has allowed him to be part of TV commercials for ELLE, Harper's Bazaar, & promotional work for artists such as Paulina Rubio, Thalia, Mana, Timberichi, Gloria Trevi, Susana Zabaleta, Alexis Houston, Sylvia Tuson and Da Brat.
He has show legendary designer's shows; to name a few... Thierry Muglar, Jean Paul Gaultier, Versace, featuring artists such as Madonna, Billy Idol, Celia Cruz, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Fear Factory, and Raquel Welch.
Jo and his work have appeared on MTV Mexico, VH1, Mob Wives, Styled by June, Telemundo, Univision, Telefutura, FOX5 News NY, and WB11 News NY, as well as The Latin Grammy Awards, Project Runway, Despierta America, Alexis Valdez, ECO, Fashion TV Mexico, Change of Hearts, Doggie Moms and a commercial for Cover Girl featuring Niki Taylor, to name a few.
His career has taken him around the globe where he has obtained his personal style and insperation, which has been influenced by his work in Japan, Canada, Italy, Paris, Spain, Mexico, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Mexico, New York and Hollywood.
Jo's work was also featured in the book Pixel Surgeons, and in the film New Yorkers. He is currently working on 5 books covering the topics of Fame, Art, Dogs, Graffiti and Fetish Culture.
He can now be seen on Mexico's Next Top Model, season 1 & 2, as one of the panel of Judges. He is the Fashionista Creative/Art Director next to supermodel Elsa Benitez.
